嘴馋，DIY了下【提拉米苏】 - [杂碎]

“它以Espresso（特浓意大利咖啡）的苦、蛋与糖的润、甜酒的醇、巧克力的馥郁、手指饼干的绵密、乳酪和鲜奶油的稠香、可可粉的干爽，只用了不到十种材料，把甜以及甜所能唤起的种种错综复杂的体验，交糅着一层层演绎到极致”
关于提拉米苏还有个温馨的传说（不温馨版本忽略）
【一个意大利士兵即将开赴战场，可是家里已经什么也没有了，爱他的妻子为了给他准备干粮，把家里所有能吃的饼干、面包全做进了一个糕点里，那个糕点就叫提拉米苏。每当这个士兵在战场上吃到提拉米苏就会想起他的家，想起家中心爱的人。提拉米苏Tiramisu，在意大利文里，有“ 带我走 ” 的含义，带走的不只是美味，还有爱和幸福。一层浸透了Espresso咖啡与酒（Masala、Rum或Brandy）、质感和海绵蛋糕有点像的手指饼干，一层混合了Mascarpone（最适合专门用来做Tiramisu的芝士）、蛋、鲜奶油和糖的芝士糊，层层叠上去，上头再撒一层薄薄的可可粉……这就是提拉米苏Tiramisu。】
没有Mascarpone的芝士，没有Espresso的咖啡，没有正宗的Ladyfinger，以下只能是本人的懒人山寨版：
具体步骤：
step1:蛋黄和蛋白分开
step2:蛋白加糖，用打蛋器搅拌至发泡
step3:蛋黄加糖和芝士，牛奶，充分搅拌至蛋黄变成浅黄色，芝士化开即可
step4:用手指饼干蘸取浓咖啡，铺在底层
step5:在饼干上铺上一层芝士糊，接着再铺一层饼干，最后再铺一层芝士糊
step6:放入冰箱冷藏8个小时，取出后在上面铺上可可粉即可
大功告成，别看它长得寒碜，味道实在素太美妙啦
总结：
1牛奶不宜多放，太稀了就没粘性
2第二层饼干，太厚了容易沉，太薄了又浮起来，实在难办。。。
